Proposed Development
RivieraZim Estate’s first stage is a proposed residential precinct of 47 homes. We will have a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom Vaucluse and Woollahra housing designs on the following land areas –
- Superior (> 510 m2) – 8 units
- Deluxe (475-510 m2) – 26 units
- Standard (440-475m2) – 13 units
This stage also includes entertainment and recreation facilities – swimming pool resort, children’s playground, fitness centre and meeting rooms. This development stage was approved by the City of Harare Council in October 2023. Construction is planned to commence in March 2026.
RivieraZim Estate’s second stage is a commercial development- either a state-of-the-art medical precinct, or a hotel with resort residences. A decision on this commercial development will be made in mid 2026.
